The host was friendly and responsive, answering all our questions promptly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep despite the warmth. The location was fantastic, with the calming sound of seagulls waking us up in the morning. Another bonus was the dishwasher, which meant no washing up for us. a lovely experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a charming little cottage at the end of the high street in a great location. Seaside Fisherman Cottage had all the amenities we needed and made excellent use of its space. the cottage's seaside-themed decor added a lovely touch. It was also convenient to have a free car park just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed indulging in delicious fish and chips from the nearby restaurant when we didn't feel like cooking. Access to the cottage was a breeze through the keysafe, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having some basic essentials like bread, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk provided. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

I had a wonderful stay at Seaside Fisherman Cottage. The location was absolutely perfect, right at the end of the high street with bakeries and cafes just a few steps away. The cottage itself was adorable and had everything I needed, even some essentials like bread, tea, and coffee. The free car park nearby was really convenient too. The decor had a lovely seaside touch, which added to the charm. And when I didn't feel like cooking or going out, I could easily grab some delicious fish and chips from the place across the road. I had a great time exploring the town and enjoying all that Southwold has to offer.

During my recent stay at the Seaside Fisherman Cottage, I was impressed with its quaint charm and fantastic location. The cottage provided everything I needed for a cozy home away from home, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I only wish I had booked a longer stay to fully enjoy all that the cottage had to offer.

I absolutely adored my stay at Seaside Fisherman Cottage. The location was spot on, right on the edge of the high street. The cottage itself had so much character and charm. It had everything I needed for cooking meals, and the welcome pack of biscuits was a lovely touch. Despite the small drawbacks, like the steep stairs and tired furniture, I felt like I was in a truly special place. I highly recommend this cottage for a memorable stay in Southwold.

I stayed at Seaside Fisherman Cottage for a Christmas shopping weekend with my family. The location was perfect, right on the high street opposite a chip shop. It only took us a minute to walk into the town center and it was a short 10-minute walk to the beach. The rooms at the back were surprisingly quiet and we had a lovely, calm and clean bedroom. Lucy, the host, was absolutely superb and the best hostess I have ever dealt with.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location of the cottage is excellent, right on the high street. It's small but well-utilized, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing fresh bread, eggs, and biscuits upon arrival. the cottage was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities.
The double bed in the front bedroom lacks center support, causing discomfort and rolling towards the center. .
